  • Be an early applicant, * Verantwortung für die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung und Steuerung der dazugehörigen Prozesse
  • Umsetzung neuer Payroll-Themen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit HR, IT sowie externen Partnern
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Abrechnungsqualität durch eigene Prüfroutinen und kontinuierliche Optimierung
  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher und tariflicher Änderungen im SAP-HCM-System inklusive Tests und Qualitätssicherung
  • Prüfung relevanter SAP-Hinweise und Begleitung technischer sowie rechtlicher Anpassungen
  • Weiterentwicklung von SAP-HCM-Prozessen und aktive Mitgestaltung moderner HR-Projekte

Requirements

  • Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
