  • We are seeking a highly experienced f Java Platform Architect / Spring Integration Architect to lead the architecture, evolution, and strategic direction of a mission-critical enterprise integration platform that supports multiple business domains and applications across the organization.
  • This role is responsible for the ownership, enhancement, and long-term roadmap of a custom polling and integration framework built using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Apache Kafka, and AWS. The successful candidate will serve as a hands-on architect and technical leader, driving platform modernization, cloud-native adoption, integration best practices, and engineering excellence across multiple development teams.
  • The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in enterprise integration, distributed systems, platform engineering, and cloud architecture with a passion for building reusable frameworks, enabling developer productivity, and delivering scalable, resilient solutions. Experience leveraging Generative AI and intelligent automation technologies within enterprise platforms is highly desirable., Platform Architecture & Ownership:
  • Own, maintain, and continuously evolve the enterprise Poller and Integration Framework serving multiple business-critical applications.
  • Define and execute the platform roadmap, architecture vision, and modernization strategy.
  • Design and implement reusable platform components, libraries, SDKs, and integration frameworks.
  • Establish architectural standards, development guidelines, design patterns, and best practices across engineering teams.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership on application and integration solution design.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform enhancements that improve scalability, reliability, and developer productivity

Integration & Distributed Systems:

  • Design and implement scalable integration solutions leveraging Spring Integration, Kafka, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Define and standardize enterprise integration patterns for both synchronous and asynchronous communication models.
  • Develop resilient, high-performing, and fault-tolerant systems capable of supporting enterprise workloads.
  • Enhance framework capabilities to support evolving business requirements and enterprise integration needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production, integration, performance, and scalability issues.

Cloud & Platform Engineering:

  • Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS services and container-based platforms.
  • Drive platform observability, resiliency, security, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Promote CI/CD automation, DevSecOps practices, and engineering efficiency across teams.
  • Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and operational stability.

AI & Intelligent Automation:

  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise integration platforms and services.
  • Design reusable patterns and frameworks for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services, and intelligent workflow automation.
  • Support enterprise adoption of Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and agent-based solutions.

Technical Leadership:

  • Mentor architects, senior developers, and engineering teams on architecture, cloud-native development, Spring technologies, and integration best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional technical initiatives spanning multiple application teams.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align platform investments with strategic objectives.

  • Demonstrated success leading technical initiatives across multiple development teams.
  • Experience designing and implementing highly scalable, mission-critical applications.

  • Vector databases and semantic search technologies.
  • AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI practices.

Streaming & Event Platforms:

  • Advanced Apache Kafka architecture and event-streaming platforms.
  • Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and stream processing frameworks.
  • Event governance and enterprise event-driven architecture patterns.

  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with deep expertise in Java, Spring Integration, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise integration architecture, coupled with strong leadership skills and a platform engineering mindset.
