  • Hybrid
  • Be an early applicant, * Inhouse-Beratung und Betreuung der SAP HCM-Landschaft
  • Mitarbeit an der bevorstehenden SAP S/4HANA Migration
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen
  • HCM Customizing sowie Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie Mitarbeit in spannenden SAP-Projekten

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld
  • Breites Know-how in SAP HCM sowie Erfahrung im Customizing
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Schemen und Regeln
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die SAP-Landschaft aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
