  • Hybrid
  • Be an early applicant, * Mitarbeit in der SAP HCM S/4HANA-Transformation (Vorbereitung 2026, Umsetzung 2027)
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP HCM-Landschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personalabrechnung (PY)
  • Customizing sowie Optimierung von Personal- und Abrechnungsprozessen
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer HR-Prozesse gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten im Gesundheitswesen
  • Unterstützung bei Schnittstellen, Tests und Systemdokumentationen

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Customizing sowie mit Schemen und Regeln
  • Alternativ: Erfahrung als SAP HCM Payroll Key User oder Kenntnisse im H4S4-Umfeld
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an komplexen HR-Prozessen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
