Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development experience, expertise in JavaScript and platform scripting, and hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM modules. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions while supporting federal/public sector initiatives., * Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform components.

  • Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
  • Design and maintain Service Catalog items and Service Portal solutions.
  • Configure and maintain CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM modules.
  • Develop integrations using ServiceNow APIs and web services.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing platform support while following ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow Development and platform customization.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, GlideRecord, and ServiceNow scripting fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and reusable Action/Subflow development.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Service Catalog and Service Portal.
  • Knowledge of Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data governance best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Experience creating Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Government or Public Trust projects is required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
  • Experience working with Federal Government clients is required.
  • Must be available to work 8:00 AM EST hours.
