Job description
As a Technical Training and Enablement Specialist, you will bridge the gap between complex hardware and software solutions and the end-users who rely on them. You will design and facilitate educational programs that drive product adoption, empower sales teams, and ensure customers maximize the value of advanced drone and analytics technology. Responsibilities
- Design and lead comprehensive training sessions for diverse stakeholders, including sales teams, partners, and key account customers.
- Produce high-quality instructional content, including video tutorials, technical guides, and onboarding presentations to streamline user learning.
- Synthesize intricate technical specifications into clear, actionable messaging that highlights product benefits and customer value.
- Execute on-site product demonstrations and field training events to support strategic sales initiatives and market growth.
- Transform real-world use cases and field observations into scalable training assets that improve product knowledge across the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end development of enablement resources for new product launches to ensure seamless market entry and user proficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, instructional design, or technical product support.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, customer-focused educational materials.
- Strong public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills for both in-person and virtual environments.
- Demonstrated experience in drone technology, remote sensing, or digital agriculture workflows.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to build credibility across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Active Part 107 certification or equivalent professional drone operation experience., * Deep understanding of agronomic workflows, crop scouting, and precision agriculture solutions.
- Advanced expertise in creating multimedia training resources and instructional video content.
- Experience utilizing data analytics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and product adoption.
