Job description

Maintain and support network infrastructure across office and factory sites - keeping systems connected, secure, and running smoothly. You’ll do:

  • Set up and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points
  • Troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
  • Manage basic security (VPNs, firewalls, intrusion monitoring)
  • Run cabling and fiber optic installs
  • Document your work and support end users

Requirements

Full-Time Mon-Fri (some overtime) Bilingual a plus, * Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
  • Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Extreme Networks gear
  • Comfortable with tools like Wireshark and Ping
  • Associate degree in IT/CS or a cert like Network+ or CCNA
  • 1-3 years experience preferred; factory setting a plus

Physical: Lifting up to 50 lbs, working in tight spaces, some ladder work Must be: Authorized to work in the US
