Job description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and employees needing technical support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve internet, software, hardware, and service-related issues
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices to help improve internal resources and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with our Call Center and Network Operations Center (NOC) teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely, professional, and effective support.
- Assist Field Service Technicians with troubleshooting, service activations, ticket management, and other technical needs
- Continue building your technical skills and telecommunications knowledge through hands-on experience and team collaboration
Requirements

In this role, you’ll help customers troubleshoot internet, phone, and technology-related issues while developing valuable technical skills and gaining experience in the telecommunications industry. - Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
- Knowledge of computer management and desktop support.
- Familiarity with computers, networks, and streaming services.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience using ticketing systems is a plus.
Must be able to complete pre-employment requirements that include a drug test. We are a dog friendly work environment!

Official schedule after training period: Monday through Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Starting pay: $19/hour, paid bi-weekly
