Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or similar role

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting laptop, desktop, thin clients, printer, telephony hardware issues

· troubleshoot basic software technical issues

  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. Beyond trust, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Manage hardware purchase request & responsible for updating the computer hardware inventory, * Windows, desktop, troubleshooting, VIP Support, iMACD
  • Do you have working experience in Desktop Support?
  • Do you have working experience in Network Devices?
