Entry Level Design Engineer

· Utilize 3D modeling software, Solidworks or Inventor, daily

· Perform Tube laser programming with MAZAK FX software

· Utilize modeling software to create detailed production packages for manufacturing

· Implement GD&T principles to ensure accurate and efficient production prints

· Provide aid as needed for print issues and design details for production members

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering

· Proficiency in SolidWorks or Inventor software

· Strong mathematical skills to support engineering calculations

· Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles

· Understanding of GD&T standards

· Office 365 proficiency

· Must be able to read a tape measure and dial caliper

Skills

· Metal fabrication/construction experience preferred

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Prompt, detail oriented
