Technical Support Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires a understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot software issues. The Technical Support Analyst will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Duties:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and Service Now.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues using various tools and platforms.
• Windows 10 and Mac, iOS support
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software releases to improve technical support skills.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to expand technical knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Proven experience in IT support or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac systems.
• Experience with VPN technology.
• Familiarity with Service Now
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
