Dynamics 365 CE / SCM Support Analyst

• Provide 2nd line support across D365 Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) (core focus), alongside CE and Power Platform
• Troubleshoot system/data issues and manage users, roles, and security
• Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and workflows to ensure system stability
• Support small changes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with release cycles, testing, and environment management
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners

• Proven experience supporting D365 CE in a functional capacity
• Any exposure to SCM is a bonus
• Experience with configuration, support, and incident resolution
• Exposure to Power Platform (desirable)
• Familiarity with ITIL environments
