Working in a collaborative Agile environment, the Senior Java Developer will help shape technical direction, contribute to core product development, and support continuous improvement across engineering teams., As a Senior Java Developer, you will:

• Develop new features and enhancements for enterprise software platforms
• Work within Agile Scrum teams delivering high-quality software
• Champion TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices
• Provide technical leadership and support engineering standards
• Mentor developers through coaching and regular 1-to-1 support
• Contribute to tooling, frameworks, and process improvements
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders
