We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Administrator to join our growing operations team. Unlike larger companies, you’ll play a significant role within the business and have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

This is a varied and exciting position combining business administration, customer support, help desk coordination, and operational support. You’ll work closely with the project and technical teams, supporting a range of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Business administration and operational support
• Logging and managing fault calls
• Delivering first level technical support
• Supporting project delivery and installations
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers
• Configuration of hardware & content management systems
