STAFFXPERT is seeking a React Front-End Engineer with 5+ years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs. Required : 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in front-end development. * Expert-level experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Hands-on experience with Next.js, GraphQL, and REST API integrations.
Strong experience building scalable, high-performance, responsive web applications.
Expertise in React architecture, hooks, state management, component design, and performance optimization.
Experience with modern front-end build tools such as Vite, Webpack, Babel/SWC, and package managers (npm/yarn/pnpm).
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with testing frameworks including Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
Experience with SSR/CSR, Core Web Vitals optimization, bundle optimization, and caching strategies.
Knowledge of secure front-end development practices (XSS, CSRF, authentication, session management).
Experience with design systems, Storybook, micro-frontends, and Module Federation is a plus.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
