Dutch-speaking IT Sales Specialist

We are now looking for a Dutch-speaking IT Sales Specialist to join the team in Málaga (hybrid). In this role, you’ll connect with small and medium-sized businesses, guide them through their digital transformation journey, and help them succeed with cutting-edge cloud technologies. What you’ll do As an IT Sales Specialist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver a strong first impression.
• Cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients by leveraging your sales expertise.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
• Identify and act on opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to help shape future solutions (“voice of the customer”).

• Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English.
• Have 1-2 years of IT sales experience or account management/customer management experience with a proven track record of success.

• Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. It’s a plus if you:

• Have experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.
• Hold Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or BizApps. Don’t meet every requirement? No problem - if you’re motivated and eager to learn, we’d still love to hear from you!

• Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week) - Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.
• Salary: €25,000 gross/year + up to €4,800 gross/year in bonus.
