RPA Developer

Your Mission: As an RPA Developer, you will have the opportunity to implement a variety of business process automations using modern technologies. In this role, you won’t just build automations - you’ll also be expected to think critically about how processes can be improved across all Talenom units. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analysing internal business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Designing, developing and deploying automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath or Robot Framework.
• Writing custom scripts and components, mainly in Python, tailored to the specific needs of each process.
• Collaborating with various departments (accounting, tax, legal, etc.) to understand their workflows and help optimise them.
• Documenting technical solutions and keeping process manuals and diagrams up to date.
• Monitoring and maintaining robots in production to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
• Taking part in global team meetings to share progress, challenges and potential improvements.
• Supporting internationalisation projects by adapting automations for different markets or business units.

Java Conocimientos requeridos imprescindibles

• Hands-on experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath and Robot Framework
• Programming skills, preferably in Python
• Strong ability to work independently and a high level of self-motivation
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
