Job description

We are seeking an experienced hands-on ServiceNow Developer to support a major U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) ServiceNow modernization effort.

This is a development-focused role-not an architect or consulting position. The selected candidate will join an established ServiceNow development team supporting enterprise platform implementation across multiple ServiceNow products.

This position will primarily focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) including Discovery, MID Servers, CMDB, Service Mapping, Active Directory integration, and platform integrations supporting DoD operations.

Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications Build and deploy ITOM capabilities Install and configure MID Servers Configure Discovery and Service Mapping Build and maintain CMDB aligned to CSDM Configure Service Graph Connectors Integrate ServiceNow with: Active Directory MECM SolarWinds Enterprise systems Configure Indoor Mapping Develop server-side and client-side scripting Build Flow Designer workflows Develop Script Includes Develop Business Rules Configure Client Scripts Create UI Policies and UI Actions Develop REST and SOAP integrations Build scoped applications using App Engine Support Agent Workspace implementation Configure ITSM modules including: Incident Request Change Problem Knowledge Participate in Agile ceremonies Package releases using Update Sets and Scoped Applications Follow existing coding standards and change management processes Collaborate with government stakeholders and existing ServiceNow developers

Requirements

5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience Strong JavaScript development skills Experience with: Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes GlideRecord GlideAjax UI Policies UI Actions Experience with: Flow Designer IntegrationHub Experience building REST and SOAP integrations Experience configuring: MID Servers Discovery CMDB CSDM Service Mapping Active Directory integration experience Experience using Update Sets Experience developing Scoped Applications Strong understanding of Agile development, DoD ServiceNow experience Federal government experience Service Graph Connector experience Workflow Data Fabric exposure Indoor Mapping experience Experience supporting IL4/IL5 Government Cloud environments
