Graphic Designer with Artificial Intelligence Experience

• Create designs for vehicle wraps, banners, wall graphics, decals, storefront signage, window graphics, and other custom projects.
• Help customers and the sales team develop layout ideas and visual concepts.
• Use traditional design methods and approved AI tools to create concepts and mockups.
• Prepare, preflight, and RIP print files.
• Create cut paths, contour-cut files, bleeds, and production specifications.
• Work closely with production to ensure jobs are accurate and completed on time.
• Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and plotters as needed.
• Review files for spelling, sizing, colors, resolution, and production accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects from design through production.

Cold Fire Signs is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with artificial intelligence experience to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to create full-color graphics for commercial and promotional applications, including vehicle wraps, signs, banners, wall graphics, window graphics, decals, substrates, and buildings.

The ideal candidate understands both graphic design and print production and is comfortable using AI tools to support concept development, mockups, image creation, and workflow efficiency.

This is a full-time, in-person position. Remote work is not available. Sign industry experience is preferred. A portfolio is required when applying.

• Comfortable working with customers, sales, and production teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate, production-ready files.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for design concepts, mockups, image generation, or editing.
• Ability to review and refine AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Software and Technical Skills

• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Onyx PosterShop or other sign-making software is a plus.
• Knowledge of large-format printers, vinyl cutters, plotters, RIP software, and print-ready file preparation.
• Understanding of bleeds, cut lines, resolution, color modes, scale, and production setup., * High school or equivalent (Required)
