Job description
- Providing first-class customer support via telephone, email and the service desk.
- Logging, updating and managing support tickets through to resolution.
- Investigating customer issues and gathering information to support troubleshooting.
- Escalating technical issues where appropriate whilst keeping customers informed.
- Working closely with technical and implementation teams to resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
- Assisting with reporting, trend analysis and service improvement activities.
- Supporting software upgrade programmes and customer communications.
Requirements
- Previous experience within customer service, hospitality, retail, contact centres or another customer-facing role.
- Outstanding communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and professional when managing multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
Advantageous
- Experience within a Helpdesk or Service Desk environment.
- Exposure to ticket management systems such as Jira.
