Job description

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to lead specialty recruiting efforts across multiple office locations. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a direct impact while working approximately 20 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for professional positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with firm leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications and overall fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Create compelling job postings and manage recruiting activity across multiple platforms.
  • Develop relationships within academic and industry networks to strengthen future hiring efforts.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
