Job description

  • Technischer Anwendersupport im Produktions- und Verwaltungsumfeld, mit Fokus auf die Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und dem Betrieb von Drittsystemen (Messtechnik, Videosysteme, Verwiegung, etc.)
  • Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation
  • Fehlersuche und -behebung
  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsrelevanten Updates
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Betreuung neuer Softwarelösungen

Requirements

  • Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung im IT-Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Windows (Troubleshooting, Treiberinstallation, Netzwerkeinbindung, etc.) und MS Diensten (AD, Spooling, SMB, etc.)
  • Erfahrungen mit Remote Support (RDP, Teamviewer, VNC o.Ä.)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im produktionsnahen IT-Umfeld
  • Grundlagenerfahrung im Umgang VMWare wünschenswert
  • Sehr hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Hohe Anwenderorientierung und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
