Project Lead -Change & Transformation

Lead the successful delivery of projects within the Engineering Technology & Safety (ET&S) Digital Transformation portfolio, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timescales. Drive organisational change and support the transition of engineering functions towards a modern, technology-enabled, and data-driven operating model. This role will play a key part in delivering strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and digital capability across the business., * Apply project management best practices and governance standards in line with established company processes, frameworks, and systems.

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules, including resource planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Produce clear and accurate project reporting to support informed decision-making by senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Identify, manage, and communicate project dependencies, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with wider business and transformation objectives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to drive engagement, collaboration, and successful project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the transformation portfolio.

• Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline or able to demonstrate equivalent industry experience.
• Membership of a recognised professional body such as APM or PMI is desirable, with progress towards a formal Project Management qualification viewed favourably.
• Experience using project management and planning tools such as Primavera P6, SAP and risk management systems is advantageous; training will be provided where required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and balance competing priorities within a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
