IT Support Specialist

Join Cooper Norman, Idaho’s largest Idaho-based CPA and advisory firm, and play a key role in keeping our teams connected, productive, and secure. We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist who enjoys troubleshooting technology, supporting users, and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Resolve hardware, software, and application issues
• Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Support employees with day-to-day technology needs
• Deploy new workstations and technology equipment
• Monitor systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security
• Maintain technology documentation and inventory

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of IT support experience, minimum
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PC hardware, software installation, and peripheral devices
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
