IT Support Specialist - Junior

Job Summary: We are supporting the search for a Store Operations Specialist - Junior, a role focused on keeping store systems, issue resolution, and operational coordination running smoothly. Our team is looking to present a Store Operations Specialist - Junior opportunity that offers strong cross-functional exposure, hands-on support work, and involvement in project execution across store operations and technology., * Provide day-to-day operational support for store systems, store technology tools, and related processes.

• Monitor, triage, and respond to incoming support requests from stores and field teams, tracking issues through resolution.
• Support escalation coordination, partner with IT, Service Desk, and vendors, and help identify recurring issue trends.
• Assist with project coordination, testing activities, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

• 1-5 years of experience in operations, retail, IT support, or project coordination, including internships or co-ops.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and follow through on tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with ticketing systems or issue tracking tools such as ServiceNow, and exposure to retail operations or store systems is preferred.
