[Korean Speaking IT & General Affairs (GA) Operations Specialist]

IT Support & Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain office hardware, servers, and networks.
• Monitor firewalls, network switches, and all bank’s IT assets.
• Provide first-line technical support to all bank staff.
• Ensure strict compliance with banking IT security protocols.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues promptly.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors, Head Office, and other system providers.
• Oversee regular data backups and system updates.

General Affairs & Operations

• Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and internal/external networking.
• Manage relationships with building management and vendors.
• Procure office supplies, furniture, and IT equipment.
• Maintain asset registers and inventory control logs.
• Coordinate health and safety compliance for the workplace.
• Assist in organizing corporate events and business travel.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a highly related IT field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of IT support experience is preferred.
• Tech Skills: Strong knowledge of network maintenance, Windows Active Directory, O365, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
• Qualifications: Other IT-related certifications or professional qualifications are highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
