Job description
Accessibility isn’t a checkbox on this one, it’s the point. We’re hiring a Frontend Engineer to build customer-facing interfaces for a large regulated UK organisation, where the people using them include those who depend on the service working properly. React, Next and TypeScript, built to a genuinely high bar.
What you’ll do:
- Build accessible, high-quality interfaces in React, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Ship through Vercel and manage content with Contentful.
- Work closely with design to get the details right.
- Hold a high bar for accessibility across everything you build.
Requirements
- Strong React, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with Vercel and a headless CMS, Contentful ideally.
- A real understanding of web accessibility and WCAG.
- Care for performance and usability, not just shipping features.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot as part of your everyday workflow.
