Senior Front End Engineer

We’re growing our Engineering team to strengthen our ability to deliver world-class digital products for our clients. As a Senior Front End Engineer, you’ll play a key role in a fast-moving proof-of-concept engagement. The goal is to build something that looks great, works well, and helps make confident technology choices., * Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape journeys, interactions, and responsiveness.

• Integrate with back-end APIs sensibly and reliably.
• Make pragmatic choices and trade-offs to keep delivery moving while maintaining quality.
• Help evaluate and recommend front-end approaches grounded in real-world implementation, not theory.

• Strong front-end engineering experience and confidence with at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Adaptability: happy to work with whichever framework fits the work, and not “framework-locked”.
• Experience consuming APIs and building robust UI states (loading, error, empty, offline-friendly patterns).
• A delivery mindset: you can make decisions, move forward, and communicate trade-offs clearly., * Experience working on short, high-impact prototypes or POCs.
• Experience with map-heavy or highly interactive UIs.
• Familiarity with offline caching patterns and performance optimisation.
