Service & Digital Transformation Administrator

Ready to put AI to work in real public services to help facilitate business transformation? We’re recruiting a Service & Digital Transformation Administrator to help modernise how we deliver support - combining high-quality administration with digital tools, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

In this role you’ll be at the heart of our “journey towards AI and business transformation”, helping the service adopt tools such as Microsoft Copilot, chatbot interfaces, automated workflows and digital forms - while also keeping the day-to-day running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing: You’ll support the rollout and everyday use of AI and digital tools, helping keep dashboards, data and reporting accurate while building digital confidence across the team. You’ll contribute to improving and automating processes, deliver core business support in smarter ways, and act as a first point of contact for routine digital queries - working closely with ICT and ensuring good information governance.

You’ll have a background in business administration (or equivalent experience), strong Microsoft 365 skills and an interest in developing your digital and AI capability. You’ll be organised, accurate and proactive, with the confidence to learn quickly, work collaboratively and support others. Experience with automation or service transformation is desirable. Welsh and English language skills are required at the specified levels.
