Odoo Support / AMS Analyst

We are working with an established Odoo partner expanding its application management services (AMS) team in Greater London. This is a support-focused role for someone who enjoys keeping live Odoo environments running smoothly, resolving day-to-day issues quickly, and building lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients across sectors. With Odoo demand climbing across the UK, it’s a strong moment to join a growing practice with clear routes into consulting or team leadership., You will triage, investigate and resolve support tickets across core Odoo modules - Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing and HR - managing incidents and service requests against agreed SLAs. Day to day you’ll configure and adjust workflows, build and amend reports, carry out light functional changes, and escalate deeper development work cleanly. Beyond the queue, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact for clients, spotting opportunities to optimise their systems and improve how they use the platform.

We’d like to hear from you if you can confidently configure two or more core Odoo modules (Accounting and Inventory are especially valued) and are comfortable reading basic Python and XML to understand how customisations behave. Exposure to Odoo Studio, basic SQL, and any AMS or service-desk background is a real advantage. Just as important are strong communication skills, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and the patience to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
