Job description

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen direkt beim Kunden
  • 1st Level Support für Standardprobleme, Schwerpunkt Handling
  • Support für Client Hardware, Windows, Office, Drucker
  • Einrichtung von Laptops und Smartphones
  • Softwareinstallationen auf Client Systemen
  • Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen, Umzug
  • Hardwareausgabe, Leihbetrieb
  • Nutzungsunterweisungen beim Kunden
  • Arbeiten an Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Server, Storage) nach Anweisung
  • Ticketklassifizierung und Dokumentation

Requirements

  • IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung mit aktueller Client Hardware (Laptop, Tablet, Smart Phone)
  • Kenntnisse in Windows und Office
  • Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
