Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. Candidates are expected to have experience in IT Helpdesk support and demonstrate interpersonal, organizational, and oral communication skills. • Minimum of 1-2 years working IT support is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based client operating systems.
• In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to diagnose problems, perform repairs on IT assets, and provide support for a wide range of applications.
• Ability to maintain a clean and efficient working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Virtual Server Infrastructure Systems (Hyper-V and Citrix)
• SharePoint Administration experience preferred but not required
