IT & E-commerce Operations Administrator (Bilingual: Vietnamese & English)

The IT & E-commerce Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the company’s technology infrastructure and ensuring the efficient operation of all e-commerce platforms. This position maintains websites, software applications, inventory systems, and online marketplaces while providing technical support to employees and assisting with customer communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment., * Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and up-to-date content, products, pricing, and promotions.

• Administer online marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other sales channels), including product listings, inventory, pricing, and data accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues, and assisting employees with technical needs.
• Install, configure, and maintain business software, website plugins, and system integrations.
• Support sales and marketing by implementing online promotions, email campaigns, and assisting with customer inquiries and website/order issues.
• Maintain inventory records, update stock levels, generate reports and barcode labels, and support warehouse system accuracy.
• Analyze sales and operational reports, document system procedures, recommend process improvements, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, and internal teams.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in IT support, website administration, e-commerce, or a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms, as well as Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with inventory management and email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
