About the Position
You’ll work directly alongside ownership helping manage and improve our ecommerce operations with a primary focus on Amazon.
This isn’t simply a listing maintenance job.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys improving workflows, organizing data, reducing inventory issues, and helping build scalable ecommerce systems.
As the business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how our ecommerce department operates for years to come.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Amazon Seller Central inventory
- Plan Amazon FBA replenishment and inventory forecasting
- Create and coordinate Amazon FBA shipments
- Monitor inventory health and reduce stockouts
- Support new product launches
- Maintain and improve marketplace listings
- Organize and maintain large product catalogs
- Analyze inventory performance and sales trends
- Help improve ecommerce workflows and operational efficiency
- Work directly with ownership to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable processes
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you’ll help us:
- Improve Amazon inventory health
- Reduce stockouts and overstocks
- Build better inventory forecasting systems
- Improve catalog organization and accuracy
- Increase operational efficiency
- Support continued marketplace growth
Requirements
We’re more interested in finding the right person than checking every box.
Ideal experience includes:
- Amazon Seller Central experience
- Amazon FBA experience
- Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of product data
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
