• Develop a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Communicate the vision to the development team and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and motivated.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
• Ensure the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by the team and stakeholders
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of the tasks and priorities.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, changes, and any issues.
