Job description

The main responsibilities for the HR Systems Specialist will be to effectively manage systems, data, and information processes while focusing on data entry, data integrity and data confidentiality in order to support the wider HR team and undertake any additional duties as necessary.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Training HR data entry staff in all international offices on completing accurate entries on to the internal HR system, including re/hires, full life-cycle changes and a variety of benefit enrolments while also providing functional support of the HR system modules.
  • Providing support to the international offices in HR Information Systems related projects while actively participating in the documentation of those processes.
  • Providing cover with data entries as and when needed for all international offices.

  • Assisting senior stakeholders - the Associate Director and HR Operations to manage monthly payroll cycles for the London office.
  • Running audits in order to identify data entry errors.

  • Assisting with absence reporting, monthly reporting and reconciliations as well as year-end processes.

  • Developing and maintaining strong, interactive relationships with all members of the Global Human Resources Department.

Requirements

The HR Systems Specialist will have demonstrable experience working with HR systems. It is essential to have excellent IT skills - Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel. Experience of PeopleSoft to a functional capacity is desirable. The right candidate will have excellent writing and communications skills and have the ability to manage multiple highly detailed projects. Maintaining confidentiality in personnel and firm matters will be necessary. Along with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while having a flexible and hands-on attitude.
