Job description

The key responsibilities for the HR Systems Analyst is to be involved with the management of staff benefits and the day-to-day operation of the HR System., * Assisting the HR Director in producing data on HR Systems with respect to the annual salary reviews, liaising with and projecting costs for the Finance team and keeping information up to date on the HR Systems.

  • Calculating discretionary bonus figures for all employees and calculating data for the firm’s gender and ethnicity pay gap reports.
  • Working with senior stakeholders - HR Director, Head of HR Operations, and other members of the HR team on a variety of systems related projects.
  • Ensuring efficient running of the firm’s pension schemes and dealing with staff queries and changes.
  • Working closely with the HR Director to identify and investigate appropriate new benefits and assisting with implementation.
  • Overseeing relationships with stakeholders and acting as the contact point for troubleshooting issues within the internal HR system.
  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as necessary.

Requirements

The HR Systems Analyst will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with an HR system (ideally Cascade HR) and possess a genuine interest and growing knowledge of HR systems. It is essential to demonstrate experience of playing a key role in HR projects. The right candidate will also have a positive and flexible approach, excellent prioritisation skills, competence in Microsoft Office packages - Word, Outlook, and Excel and be able to work seamlessly with teams at all levels. It is also essential to be responsive and empathetic with the ability to deal with matters with confidentiality and discretion.
