A law firm seeks a Cybersecurity, Privacy & AI Associate to join their team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, privacy, and AI law, working in a collaborative and flexible environment., * Hands-on experience with privacy laws and deal diligence.

• Familiarity with data-driven technologies, including AI/ML and biometrics.
• Experience with GDPR/UK GDPR frameworks and international data transfers preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ECPA, Patriot/Cloud Act, and GDPR a plus.
• Experience with data breach response and defense of enforcement actions.
• Large law firm experience required., * Juris Doctor (JD) degree required., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
