Job description

3 Bravo Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Support Technician to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting users with a wide range of IT issues.

As the first point of contact for technical support, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive efficient, professional, and timely assistance, helping to keep our business running smoothly.

About the Role

You will provide first-line technical support to users across the business, assisting with hardware, software, systems access, and general IT-related queries.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues where possible, escalating more complex problems when required, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities., * Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests.

  • Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests through the service desk system.
  • Assist with troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Provide remote and in-person technical support to end users.
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and other IT equipment.
  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment provision and access management.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members or third-party providers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, asset registers, and support records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in IT processes and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection standards.

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Desirable

  • Experience with ticketing/service desk systems.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices and endpoint management solutions.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices., * GCSE or equivalent (required), * Support Technician: 1 year (preferred)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: 1 year (required)

Language:

  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • UK Driving Licence (preferred)
