Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience providing onsite desktop support
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Windows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS Navigating and troubleshooting
  • Active Directory experience “managing users and computers”
  • Experience imaging and installing Laptops and PCs
  • Microsoft Intune experience - Managing users and devices
  • Office 365 - Troubleshooting experience
  • Must have ability to stand, bend, stoop, and or kneel for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
