Computer Support Specialist

• Manage the full lifecycle of online surveys, including opening, closing, and monitoring survey activities.
• Communicate with healthcare providers regarding survey completion and follow up with non-responders.
• Review survey data for accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
• Maintain compliance with data collection policies and standard operating procedures.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and SharePoint., * Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience with complex databases and data management.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is a plus.
• Experience communicating with healthcare providers or other stakeholders.
