Job description

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of online surveys, including opening, monitoring, and closing surveys according to established schedules.
  • Coordinate survey logistics to ensure surveys are available and functioning properly.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers regarding survey availability, completion status, and deadlines.
  • Follow up with non-responding providers to improve participation and ensure timely submissions.
  • Review survey data for accuracy, completeness, and potential inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate quality assurance activities and communicate with providers to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports on survey participation and data quality for leadership and Data Analysts.
  • Serve as the liaison between staff and IT by submitting and tracking technology support requests.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate system concerns to the appropriate teams.
  • Assist employees with Microsoft Office applications and provide guidance on data tools and best practices.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to data collection, privacy, security, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to individuals without an IT background.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including:
  • Outlook
  • Excel
  • Word
  • Access
  • SharePoint, * Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with complex databases.
  • Experience communicating with consumers, healthcare providers, and staff.
  • Experience creating and maintaining data dictionaries and database mappings.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is a plus., * Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
  • An effective communicator
  • Able to analyze data and identify inconsistencies
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
