Windows 1st Line Support

• +4 years of experience with Windows applications support;
• Active Directory (Microsoft and Azure);
• Microsoft 365+;
• Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with ITSM Tools (Jira or ServiceNow);
• Direct customer support (minimum 3 or 4 years)
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting;
• Certification in ITIL is a plus;
• Fluent in English.
