Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting applications, network infrastructure, printers, servers, and end-user computing environments across multiple locations.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving break/fix incidents, service requests, and infrastructure issues while meeting SLA and service quality standards.
  • Extensive experience installing, configuring, and supporting network devices, including diagnosing connectivity and performance issues with minimal supervision.
  • Strong background supporting desktop, laptop, mobile, warehouse, and manufacturing technologies in enterprise environments.
  • Experienced with Microsoft SCCM and similar endpoint management tools for operating system imaging, software deployment, patching, and device management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, user access management, security permissions, and cross-platform troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in supporting local and remote server environments, including file, print, application connectivity, and security-related issues.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise network printers, including Lexmark and Zebra devices.
  • Experience utilizing infrastructure monitoring tools such as SCOM, SolarWinds, and Active Roles Server to monitor system health and proactively identify issues.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.
  • Proven ability to lead root cause investigations and drive resolution of complex infrastructure issues.
  • Experience managing and delivering infrastructure projects across multiple sites while meeting budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
  • Skilled in developing technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and end-user training materials.
  • Qualified to perform Dell and HP hardware warranty repairs and support peripheral devices.
  • Experience coordinating with managed service providers and cross-functional IT teams to resolve critical technology issues.
  • Knowledge of supporting handheld units (HHUs), vehicle-mounted units (VMUs), and warehouse technology solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE) and experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
  • Dell and HP certified for hardware warranty support and repair processes.
  • Experience supporting corporate headquarters, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and warehouse environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and project tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support multiple locations and project implementations.
  • Available for on-call support, escalations, and after-hours project work in a 24x7x365 environment.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., walking extended distances, and performing equipment installations as required
