Job description

We are hiring three IT Support Specialists to join our team This is a fully on-site role supporting daily operations and serving as the face of IT for the facility., * Provide Windows 11 support and troubleshooting

  • Offer MacOS support (preferred but not required)
  • Deliver mobile device support for Android, iOS, and Zebra handheld scanners/printers
  • Act as the primary IT contact for DC staff, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Assist with audio/visual setup in conference rooms
  • Participate in on-call rotations as structured

Requirements

  • Flexibility to adjust based on business demands is a plus
  • Willingness to join on-call rotations

Education & Certification

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • A+ Certification or equivalent PC support certification
