• Craft intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces, validated through user feedback and testing.
• Design cohesive typography, icon sets, and color schemes tailored to new gaming experiences.
• Analyze player behavior and preferences to enhance usability and engagement.
• Define and refine the artistic direction, visual identity, and aesthetic quality of game projects.
• Innovate artistic approaches to solve technical and creative challenges in production.

• Broad understanding of the casual game market and current trends in the industry;
• Ability to determine artistic direction, provide relevant support for the team and present visual concepts internally and to partners;
• Experience in complete development and art design of casual projects;
• Knowledge of game development team operations;
• Ability to provide feedback on optimizing workflow to our partners.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferable.
