IT Network Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IT Network Manager to lead our organization’s network infrastructure and ensure seamless connectivity across all departments. • Oversee the administration of network security protocols such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard organizational data.
• Manage IT support services related to network issues, ensuring prompt resolution through technical troubleshooting support and remote access software tools.
• Supervise the configuration and maintenance of servers and databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Linux-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, business continuity strategies, and IT governance policies aligned with industry best practices like ITIL.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, vendor management, software implementation projects, and ongoing support for IT infrastructure components such as VMware vSphere, Azure cloud services, and SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams in project management initiatives related to network engineering, system upgrades, and new technology integrations while maintaining effective communication across departments.

• Proven experience managing complex computer networking environments with expertise in LAN, WAN, DHCP, Active Directory management, and network security measures.
• Strong technical support background with hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising IT teams responsible for network support, desktop support, server management, and IT asset management.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure along with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL; experience using ServiceNow or Jira for project tracking is highly desirable.
• Skilled in project management with a track record of delivering technology projects on time within scope; experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives is preferred.
• Excellent analysis skills combined with organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively while managing time efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills capable of translating technical concepts into clear language for diverse audiences; adept at cross-functional collaboration.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or VMware Certified Professional are advantageous.
