Job description

Als Servicedesk Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en help je onze klanten bij IT-Linq via remote support of op locatie om hun IT omgeving goed te laten functioneren.

Heb je kennis van Windows werkplek en server omgevingen, Office365/Azure, netwerk infrastructuur en Internet dan ben jij diegene die we zoeken!

Requirements

Je bent gedreven, staat open voor vernieuwing en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en bent analytisch sterk.

  • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau bij voorkeur verkregen door een afgeronde (gerichte) MBO of HBO opleiding in de ICT;
  • (ruime) ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, besluitvaardig, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht;
  • Geen minimale of maximale leeftijd;
  • Praktische ingesteld en ervaring met aansluiten bekabeling en randapparatuur.
  • Geen 8 tot 5 mentaliteit

Benefits & conditions

Salaris: €2.500,00 - €3.500,00 per maand
