Job description

We are working with a well-established business on the outskirts of Driffield who are looking to welcome a Data Administrator to their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and data entry experience who enjoys working with systems, maintaining accurate records and supporting projects behind the scenes.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring project and operational data is accurate, up to date and readily available to support the wider business.

Some of the Data Administrator duties will include:

  • Creating, maintaining and updating material and labour Bills of Materials within the system
  • Accurately inputting and validating project and operational data within required timescales
  • Supporting Project Coordinators with a range of administrative and system-related tasks
  • Maintaining accurate project records, documentation and system data
  • Liaising with Procurement, Production, Commercial and Operations teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Producing reports and extracting data from the MRP system as required
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and system issues
  • Assisting with continuous improvements to administrative processes and data management
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and data management standards

We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous administration or data entry experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing, construction or operational environment.

Requirements

Experience using an MRP or ERP system would be advantageous, alongside strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing large volumes of data with accuracy., This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact on the successful delivery of projects.

Benefits & conditions

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract, working Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, offering a salary of £25,000-£26,500, depending on experience.
