• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in one of these areas: systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering or related field.\n
• Must be a US Citizen.\n
• Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS.\n
• Experience working in a SIL environment.\n
• Experience with SysML, preferably using Cameo/MagicDraw.\n
• Strong desire to grow and learn new technologies.\n
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally from informal one-on-one discussions or in a small group environment.\n
• Ability to work within a dynamic work environment, ability to handle multiple tasks at once (multi-task).\n, * Active TS clearance.\n
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies, preferably SCRUM or Kanban.\n
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.\n
• OCSMP (OMG Certification for Systems Modeling Professionals)\n
• Experience with executable SysML simulation capabilities and scripting languages.\n
• Experience with MBSE methodologies such as Magicgrid.\n
• Understanding of military CONOPS.\n
• Experience leading other systems engineers.\n
